including PrestaShop, Mail Boxes Etc., PostNet, and others.

MBE has a robust physical presence. In addition, we operate the PrestaShop e-commerce
platform.

In MBE Delhi, we are looking for a Manager for effectively managing the store by
managing the team effectively and aligning with management on business goals
(sales, cost, and margins). The role requires maintaining the store in order to ensure
visitors have access to necessary supplies items.
The role requires continuous monitoring, training ensuring execution of store
operations in order to make it profitable in line with business requirements.
Responsibilities of the role
Reporting to Country Head, Manager will be responsible for
Sales
To Meet Sales Targets (Goals)
Continuously motivate staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on sales floor
Supporting the development of stores, sales techniques, customer engagement
techniques, product knowledge, styling skills, upselling and cross selling skills etc.
Customer Experience
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Ensure visual merchandising of the store as per defined brand guidelines
To engage with customer personally to create brand loyalty and make sure every
clients visit is memorable
To ensure excellent post sale service
Operations
Overseeing the daily operations of store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
Complete store administration and ensure compliances with policies and procedures
To perform and plan daily store checklist as per defined brand guidelines
To manage stocks, operations and compliances audits
Preparation of daily sales report as per timelines i.e. daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly
To coordinate with various function heads to meet the store goals and align with
organization goals
Travelling to Oversea for training
Your role is vital in generating revenues for our Store and increasing our market share.
Required skills and experiences
To be successful in this role, you need
Experience in sales activities B2B, preferably on shipping services
Excellent communication, organization, Meadership, discipline, and goal orientation
skills
Proficiency in using sales tools such as the CRMs and advanced Office automation
systems (Customer analysis, database management and sales reports)
