Roles Responsibilities Maintaining a deep knowledge of Indifi s products and services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identifying clients needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions. Providing clients with comprehensive consultations and guiding their decision-making process throughout the sales cycle. Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner. Coordinating with Internal credit and operations team for delivering business numbers Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service, sales, business development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Basic understanding of key financial metrics and lending products
