Adherence of 100 MDT working and resolve MDT related issue within 24 hours as per SLA parameter. 2. Adherence of 100 on road of ERV s and resolve ERV issues within timeline to achieve 100 Uptime of ERV as per SLA parameter. 3. Maintaining records of vehicles and 100 adherence of schedule servicing of vehicles. 4. Physical verification of ERV s while repair and maintenance to ensure quality work by vendor and to reduce R M cost. 5. Accident handling with repair of accidental ERVs. 6. Regular physical visits of ERV s for proper monitoring on ERV staff and check ERV registers to ensure that no misuse of ERV. 7. Find root cause of low KMPL ERV s and guide and monitor drivers to achieve best KMPL 8. Analysis of ERV response time and work along with DPCR to achieve SLA parameter of within 10 min in Urban and 30 Min in Rural area.
