Knowledge of CMMI up to level 5, ISO 9001 27000 and Security (ITSM)
Knowledge of JIRA and understanding of workflow
Use of statistical tools like Mintab
Conducted MRM and Internal/external audit
Aware of all KPAs of CMMI, ISO and ITSM
Experience in Audit cycle and has certification
Should have working knowledge of VSS SVN
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have prior experience in Product based company
