Job Description
Gather business business requirement Create BRD and bring out clarity about the customer
requirements
Construct work flow charts and diagrams Understand the customer requirements and provide
insights about complex business problems through workflows, wireframes and diagrams
dentify and document business processes and practices based on customer requirements
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing customer information and
needs
Coordinate between product team, development team, testing team and customer to deliver
the right solution
Customer Interface to solicit requirements, present solution and demonstrate the solution
