Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our innovative medical devices. This position involves extensive fieldwork, meeting with surgeons, biomedical heads, OT nurses, and purchasing department staff, as well as providing product demonstrations, gathering feedback, and converting leads to prospects.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, biomedical heads, OT nurses, and purchasing department staff.
Assess customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions using our medical device offerings.
Conduct product demonstrations for live surgical cases, gather feedback, and work closely with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) or Managing Director (MD) to offer competitive pricing.
Convert prospects into clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of our medical devices and providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics within the assigned territory.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand professional network and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Regularly update and maintain customer data and sales activity records using the company s CRM system.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of mandatory proven sales experience in the Medical device or Healthcare industry Sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, and occasionally beyond.
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems.
