Roles Responsibilities
Understand a creative brief and pose questions for further clarity, as and when required
Participate and consistently contribute in brainstorming sessions
Deliver quality designs whilst adhering to timelines
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Apply typography techniques
Interact regularly with the Art Director/ Creative head to identify areas of improvement and act in accordance with the guidance provided
Stay updated with the latest design trends and attempt to bring in a fresh approach to design for each campaign
Ideal Candidate
2 - 5 years of experience in conceptualization and graphic design.
The candidate should have a fair understanding of design software s such as Adobe suite/Affinity suite etc.,, in addition to having a basic understanding of design principles.
He / She should be able to work closely with Copywriters, Creative head and Servicing Executives to produce the best possible output that is tailored to a client s requirement.
He / She should also be open to feedback and be able to patiently work on multiple iterations, if require
