The Documentation/Back Office Executive is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records. The individual will ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently, while providing administrative support to various departments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and documentation management software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role is a plus.
