Job description
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features comparing and contrasting competitive models inspecting automobiles.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer s requirements and interests matching requirements and interests to various models building rapport.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers suggesting trade-ins meeting prospects at
community activities greeting drop-ins responding to inquiries recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features taking drives explaining Ensure that customer understands everything with regards to the vehicle s operating features,paperwork,warranty services
Closes sales by overcoming objections asking for sales negotiating price completing sales or purchase contracts explaining provisions explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing collects payment delivers automobile.
Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals.
Report to the sales manager with regards to reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities.
Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers.
Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.
