Desktop and printer hardware troubleshooting
Desk side support.Attending hardware calls, software installation
OS installation and troubleshooting
Troubleshooting DHCP and DNS
Monitoring leased lines and Internet links.
Giving access to group and user right access in AD
Remote support to clients.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols
Taking regular tape backup
Providing remote support and handling remote location calls using Team viewer, ammyy and other third party tools.
Work with teams and team members to provide our customers an excellent experience.
Documentation for the work flow process, procedures, new implementations, Asset tracking etc.,
Monitoring and managing Symantec AV system for the client definition updates
Knowledge on VLAN, Storage
Configure mail clients like Lotus notes, Ms outlook
Knowledge in Switch, Router and Firewall,Active Directory
Knowledge on VM ware for managing virtual machines.
Knowledge on VOIP
CCNA and Microsoft certification preferable
Managing, monitoring and troubleshooting VLAN
