In this role, you will play a vital role in the fabrication process of electrical panels by accurately bending bus bars to specifications. Responsibilities Accurately bend bus bar to precise dimensions using manual and/or CNC bending machines. Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings. Ensure all bends meet specified angles and tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Assist with the labeling and identification of bus bars. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in electrical panelboard bus bar bending. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of electrical safety principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. Experience with manual and/or CNC bending machines is a plus.
