BIM Modeler (MEP)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM MEP Modeler to join our team at the Teynampet branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) modeling and be proficient in using Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360. The BIM MEP Modeler will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of BIM projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project standards. Key Responsibilities BIM Modeling Develop detailed MEP models using Revit MEP in compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Coordination and Clash Detection Use Navisworks for coordination, clash detection, and resolution of MEP systems within the overall BIM model. Collaboration Work closely with other design disciplines (architectural, structural, etc.) to ensure integrated project delivery. Documentation Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. BIM 360 Management Utilize BIM 360 for project collaboration, data management, and model sharing. Quality Assurance Conduct regular quality checks on models and drawings to ensure they meet project standards and client expectations. Technical Support Provide technical support and guidance to junior modelers and other team members. Reporting Report project progress and issues to senior management and participate in project meetings as required. Qualifications Experience 3 to 7 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically in MEP systems. Software Proficiency Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP. Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. Familiarity with BIM 360 for project collaboration and management. Education A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
