Job Description

Inventory Management Create and maintain a comprehensive virtual inventory system using Google Sheets. Regularly update inventory levels, product details, and other relevant information. Implement and manage SKU codes, ensuring uniqueness and consistency. Data Accuracy and Integrity Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of virtual inventory data. Collaborate with teams to reconcile physical and virtual inventory records. Order Fulfillment Support Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate picking and packing of products. Provide real-time inventory updates to facilitate efficient order processing. Forecasting and Analysis Assist in analyzing inventory trends and providing insights for demand forecasting. Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key inventory metrics. Collaboration Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams to understand inventory needs. Communicate effectively to address inventory-related issues and opportunities. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and enhance efficiency. Propose and implement improvements in the virtual inventory management system.
