Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in our HR database.
Assist with benefits administration, including processing paperwork and answering employee questions.
Coordinate and participate in company events and initiatives.
Research and compile data for HR projects and reports.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for experience in HR software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
