Call Log Data is accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner.

Reconfirm nature of the technical problem.
Attend to complaints diligently avoiding distraction.
Ensure customer interactions are polite and at a professional level.
Ensure standard tool kit and spares are carried.
Notify Head-service of the transit movements from time to time such as arrival at customers place, completion time, complex problems etc.
Ensure collection and submission of service report duly signed by the customer.
Endeavour to get customer feedback on the service report itself.
Gently volunteer suggestions to the customer to enter into AMC contracts
On-going up gradation of knowledge and skill sets.
Status to be updated to the customer close the job card entry if it s completed.
