Job Title Sales manager Location Nagercoil Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of our products/services, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and Prospect Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. 2. Client Engagement Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations. 3. Needs Assessment Understand client needs and pain points, and tailor our products/services to meet their specific requirements. 4. Proposal and Pitch Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value our company can provide. 5. Negotiation Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to close deals that align with company goals. 6. Pipeline Management Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM systems with accurate information on leads, prospects, and sales activities. 7. Market Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed business development decisions. 8. Team Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 9. Reporting Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market insights to management. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven track record in business development or sales, with X years of experience in industry . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
