Job Responsibilities Include .
Manage convert leads from social media CRM.
Call the leads and provide counselling services to students.
Achieve Sales / Calling Targets to contribute to the company-level growth target
Extend support to potential students.
Brief the students about our course in detail and understand their needs accordingly.
Responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
