Admin Officer will be deputed as personal secretary to Managing Director CEO. To carry out all secretarial matters. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Managing and reviewing filing and office systems. Must be efficient, Self-motivated and a strong communicator.
