Job Description
1.Ensure individual sales are met on processing transactions Identify opportunities to improve processes.
2.Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented Conduct analysis, track services delivered.
3.Allocate work and tasks to the team.
4.Guide and mentor team members from a process perspective to ensure delivery of sales.
5.Manage attrition and absenteeism.
6.Payment clearance should be on time with proper channel.
