Job Description
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department s daily activities. If you re interested in kick-starting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, recruiting and employee development, we d like to meet you.
The first three months will be contract period with a stipend and based on your performance we will convert to permanent job positions.
Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedure
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Deal with employee queries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Co-ordination of employee engagement activities
Maintaining employee records.
Employee counseling and facilitating Grievances.
General administration including-vendor management, and facility administration.
Attendance management
Partnering with company branding
Payroll Preparation and Management.
Handling entire recruitment cycle- Interviewing and closing the positions as per specifications within the stipulated timelines.
Conduct performance management best practices and the Yearly appraisals.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Recruit, screen, interview, and hire employees as necessary.
Ability to handle multi-tasking
