Network Engineers

Configure and maintain all network switches, routers, and firewalls. Configure and maintain VPNs and secure access to network. Configure and maintain network monitoring platform. Configure and maintain Intrusion Detection/Intrusion prevention. Configuring/troubleshooting Layer 2 protocols, VLAN, Private VLANS, VTP. Demonstrates experience and knowledge of basic networking principles of DHCP, DNS, IP and Sub-netting, the OSI 7 layers and TCP. The Network Engineer must possess very strong troubleshooting skills as well as a strong TCP understanding as it pertains to packet inspection and TCP flow in the Network flows. A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, TCP / IP networking and application design etc. Understanding of network protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP
