Managing the day to day relationship with loan seeking customers.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Cross-selling.
Answering questions about loan and financial products or the company.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

10th Pass but with excellent communications.
2. Telecalling n understanding of the loan process should be good.
3. Freshers will be offer 8K to 10K depending on the interview.
