Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information recommending course of action.
Improve staff performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing identified solutions, and coaching and counselling staff.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Comply with national, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and proposed legislation enforcing adherence to such requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing goals and meeting challenges.
