Qualifications and Education Requirements
Fresh Graduates (candidates who are pursuing their degree through correspondence or have arrears can also apply)
Good fundamental knowledge of English with excellent listening and understanding skills are required.
Fluency in English is not mandatory
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and working knowledge of computer software
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
