Key Responsibilities Distribution Visibility Responsible for primary and secondary order generation according to Target Responsible for achieving daily / weekly /monthly targets Monitor the stocks availability and adhering to stock norms at the Distributor point Working Motivating with the DBSR to maintain the healthy relations and achieve the desired goals from them Deliver the product distribution roadmap in their areas. Actively manages wholesales Rx chains Understanding the current market scenario and planning and implementing the strategies Work within area teams to maintain stock pipelines, basis seasonality and annual brand plans. Ensuring speedy resolution of queries grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels Distributors handling. Trade Marketing Ensure effective implementation of all Trade schemes, Promotional activities and Merchandising Promoting newly launched products in the market Involved in BTL Activation Work with Rx teams reps to sync activities
