Handling BFSI recruitment.
Sourcing Candidates through various Job Portals as per the client requirements.
Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, short listing and scheduling interviews.
Conducting Recruitment drives at client sites (Mobile drives) as well as at our Centers.
Assisting in On boarding the candidates to completes his Joining formalities.
Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe.
Maintaining relationships with the clients by providing excellent client service.
Be a single point of contact for candidates clients.
