Job Description / Duties Responsibilities
Designation / Role Tech Support(Voice Process)
Please find the below JD for Tech Support (Voice Process). We can also schedule the non-technical coordinators if any. We shall see and train them in case if needed on technical grounds.
Candidate to have sufficient troubleshooting knowledge on Laptop, Desktop Hardware and Networking.
Responsible to follow the call handling/closure process as per companies norms.
Attend Complete the Calls within provided SLA s.
Responsible to update the Call status at real time through their mobiles apps.
Co-ordinate with our Technical support for any parts or upgrade of products.
Responsible to complete the assessments on time.
Responsible/Liable for the parts which is assigned/carried.
Preferred Qualities
Creative thinker and willing to take initiatives.
Interested in working in a fast paced environment.
Good command over English, Optional - Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam
Any Graduates
Notice Period Immediate or 7 Days to 15 Days.

Salary Offered Between 15 k - 16 k pm Max. / Depends on the experience, performance competency level of the candidates.

Office Timings 9.30 AM 6.30 PM (Full Time Job)
Working Days 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
