Responsibilities and Duties Patience Convincing skill. Good Communication both Tamil English. Ensuring speedy resolution of queries grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels. Maintaining excellent relations with Customers to generate avenues for further business. Assist the Centre Head in marketing and training programs to students. Should have a pleasing personality Good Attitude to work in an ethical environment. Advice students on course and understand about career opportunity. Do follow up the students.
