Location Coimbatore Job Role Responsibilities Handling Materials Outwards (Both Couriers Bulk Stock) Ensure Sample Availability for the sales Team Regular communication with Sales Team and ensure timely Dispatch Generating new Transport vendors by evaluating their freight rates, delivery lead time Generate Sales and Dispatches Reports. Generating JJ Forms, Waybill, Check post documents and preparing necessary documentation to ensure smooth transit of materials. Resolve check post issues. Ensure packing and Labeling is as per customer requirement. Keeping close track of the pending orders, coordinating with the purchase Team and implementing a dispatch plan. Stock Taking a regular intervals along with the purchase dept. and resolving issues if any. Reporting to the Director with stock report / Sales Report / Dispatch Report / Pending orders Tracking.
