Job Description
To install and repairs such as computers, laptops, desktops, printers, plotters and other Information Technology Products.
To execute the works assigned by the Manager/Team Leader/ Coordinator
To attend all break down calls and fix the issues
To attend to all preventive maintenance activities arise out of maintenance contracts
To keep the office systems and printers in working condition
To collect the installation report/service call report from the customer after completing the assigned task and to collect customer satisfaction survey report
To attend all warranty calls and inform the company about the spares required to fix the problems.
