Job Description
To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and invoices to our customers as required.
To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business
To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
To maintain good relations with customers
To maintain an efficient working environment.
To make accurate purchases of material supplies for resale as required and take customer payment.
To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required.
Preferably experience in handling IT Products or related products would be a added advantage.
Also experience in handling tenders, sales quotation will be preferable.
