Requirements
Education B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications If Any
Experience Range 8 - 12 yrs
Mandatory Skill
o Should have Experience between 8 to 12 years.
o Experience in Pega PRPC rules like Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, etc.
o Should have CSA or CSSA certification.
o Experience in Pega 7 is a plus or should have knowledge of Pega 7 features and its implementation procedures.
o Should have hands on experience in design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PRPC.
o Experience in Pega Open Span (RPA)
o Programming and design experience utilizing .Net technologies a plus.
o Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.
o Strong in Reports and Correspondence Generation. Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
o PRPC Best Practices and Pega Guardrails.
o Strong RDBMS knowledge.
Desired Skills
o Hands-on experience in the proactive, passionate improvement of software development process and practices to optimize business value delivery
o CSA/ CSSA Certified and Experience in design and development of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications
o Able to transform the business requirements to design and implementation.
o Strong in Pega concepts and OOTB features
o Has experience in developing solutions in integrating Pega with external systems using SOAP, MQ, File, etc.
o Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
