Job Description

FRESHER CANDIDATE CAN BE APPLY. Ensure all employees are provided with a safe and healthy working condition. Looking after the entire administration of ALL INDIA Office. Looking after the external bookings and FRO related matter if any. Facilitating and co-ordination of joining formalities for the new employees. Implementation/monitoring of statutory norms and documentation/agreements of office and other sites for numerous jobs in liaison with Legal, HR/IR Departments and external customer like Government Institutions and Third Party. Looking after the movement of inward and outward material from HEAD Office. Monitoring and maintaining the capital and IT assets at office. Co-ordination with the existing supplier for various services. Identifying and developing proper supplier for procurement by maintaining proper purchase procedures also monitoring and creation of PR and in turn generation of PO in co-ordination with concerned department.
