Job Location -Sector 8 Noida
Experience - 1 to 2 yrs
Salary - 25k to 35k
timing - 1045 to 2200 monday to friday
3 shifts (each shift of 8.5 hr)

Role Purpose
As an Accounts Executive you will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective
accounting service in the Finance Department. Access Financial is a contracts management company
operating globally. You will therefore be dealing with accounts from multi jurisdictions and in many currencies.
Primary Role Accountabilities
Maintaining books of accounts for Access Financial and its group companies.
Checking and analysis of all statutory liabilities toward VAT and other company taxes.
Daily reconciliation of bank statements.
Preparation of monthly/quarterly VAT returns and co-ordination with third party accountancy firms worldwide.
Coordinating with third party accountancy firms worldwide to ensure accurate and timely submission of annual returns.
Timely and accurate accounting in bespoke software.
Assisting and providing cover for colleagues within the department during any absences.
Role Relationships
Working with the Senior Manager Finance Department and his team, you will also be supported from a
training perspective by HR.
You will have extensive contact with, other Access Financial departments and offices overseas,
accountancy firms and government regulating organisations via telephone, email and via Skype.

A highly organised approach with the ability to balance priorities.
Experience of working in a multi jurisdiction environment.
Concise written and spoken English essential.
