Job Description
1.Look after overall responsibilities of sandblasting painting process
2. Responsible for the safe and efficient storage, handling, cleaning, use, and disposal of all paints and tools used in the painting process.
3. Responsible to test and assure that the correct coverage, colors, thickness, and quality of the paint and coatings meets the specification for the job.
4. Responsible for proper recording of time and requested information for the job.
5. Responsible for putting inventory in its designated areas in an organized, timely, and efficient manner.
6. Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all paints, chemicals, and tools.
7.Check the sand blasting quantity of surface by matching the image
8. Preparing bill of material for paint colors, monitoring the need of any material for production and accordingly create indent and coordinate with purchase dept.
9. Before dispatch takes place, he would be responsible for error free finished goods.
10. Generate reports before after sandblasting as well as after painting process.
11.Responsible for manpower handling
12. Responsible for continuous monitoring of both, sand blasting and painting process.
13. Responsible for internal inspection before QC department takes any action.
14. Checking paint quality, quantity of each manufactured product before dispatch.
15.Coordinate with the client if any changes/modifications are required
16. Conversant with various international standards, coating and surface treatment procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Conversant with various international standards, coating and surface treatment procedures.
BE Mech NACE Level II Certified experience of quality production and supervision in Painting/ shot blasting shop.
