Looking for NOC Engineer/Product Support Engineer who has at least 1 years of experience in advanced NOC Engineer/Product Support Engineer, He should have ITIL awareness preferred and willing to work in 24 7 rotational shifts.
Should have skills working on Monitoring Tools (WUG, Nagios Logic Monitor etc.).
Should have very good skills on creating technical documentation and preparing capacity/up time reports
Should have very good communication and articulation skills.
