Client Acquisition.Understanding structuring of clients loan requirements.
End to end process of logging in the file taking it to the disbursal stage.
Maintaining post sales relationship
DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc)
Geography mapping
Allocation of geography at all levels. Should train and coach the TM, new joiners and underperforming employees on area mapping. Should coach TM on auditing of geography
Development of under-performing employees Responsible for identifying the underperforming employes basis the location benchmarks and areas of development
Monthly/Weekly Reviews
Responsible for reviews of teams which will cover performance, identification of gaps, goal setting.
