Job Description
1. Continuously check the quality of the fibre and yarn by conducting tests on samples for thickness, strength, resistance, twist, colour, style, oil content and other imperfections.
2. Ensure that quality standards are adhered throughout the production process.
3. Guide other workers to comply the set standards of quality.
4. Deal with Customers on quality related issues and aim for customer delight.
5. Inspect Products Follow-up with independent QA inspections at both unit level and customer premises.
6. 100 perfection level with zero defects should be the aim for this position.
7. Identify the root cause of issue implement solutions in case of deviations.
8. Establish, implement continually improve quality functions in adherence to the customer / buyer requirements.
9. Comply with Buyer Audits and be aware of latest developments in ISO, BRC SA 8000 audits.
10. Experience in latest developments of GMP audits will be an advantage.
