1. The incumbent will be responsible to achieve sales target.
2. Maintain good relationship with dealers and distributors.
3. Understand and analyse competitors product and drive distributors to attain targets.
4. Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
5. Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales.
6. Achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products.
7. Keep motivation levels high through regular meetings.
8. Channel management , development, infrastructure process compliance.
