Job Description

Taking round of the floor to observe overall property is neat clean, branding is in place etc. Checking all the auditoriums for cleanliness, seat alignment, carpet, sound picture quality overall movie experience Checking the caf area for food availability, food display, quality equipments Visiting the box office to observe CCE interaction with patrons availability of ticket rolls, cash etc. Talking to the staff briefing them on overall operational aspects to motivate them give them day specific tasks targets Making an action plan on the observations of floor visit directing changes to get them implemented Talking to patrons taking feedback of overall cinema experience Resolving escalated customer complaints ensuring 100 customer satisfaction Generate reports of caf via vista/showbiz like SPH, Wastages, COGS etc. Analyzing reports to understand sale pattern of goods wastages Suggest changes in stock ordering to reduce wastages menu changes to boost collections To observe competitor performance data analyses market trends Make changes in the current set up (Caf, Box Office, Programming, Branding) as per the market trend Talking to the programming team to get the latest movie schedule rate card Discussing about the schedule post analysis suggesting changes in the same as per the local area Coordinating with the distributors, digital agencies for getting the print/ film content on time Tracking expenses tallying with the budget Planning directing to curb expenses in cases of budget over shoot Coordinating with government bodies authorities for various licenses, NOC s etc. renewals Tracking all AMC contracts like Air Conditioning, DG Set etc. ensuring all visits are happening at regular intervals Verifying the collections corresponding bank deposits Pitching potential customers to boost bulk bookings Taking interviews of potential candidates Attending staff issues resolving grievances Checking Tracking 3D Glasses Inventory Maintaining 3D Glasses as per SOP s Ensuring 100 adherence to SOPs at the cinema Curbing malpractices and resolving integrity cases/issues if any at the cinema level To provide adequate training to the staff at the cinema as per requirement
