Key Highlights of the Event

Your company's name and logo will be displayed in the Job Fair Advertisement to be published in Dinathanthi, Dinakaran and Maalaimalar newspapers on December 9th, 13th, 15th and 16th.
Students from all Educational Backgrounds will participate.
Jobseekers footfall is expected to be more than 5000.
Students who have passed out in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 are invited.
Both fresher and experienced candidates are participating in this event which will help you to fill your current vacant positions at one shot.
Two dedicated volunteers will be allocated to the HR representing the company, to make sure that the HR doesn't feel stressed to handle the crowd.

Already we have 365 companies across India who have registered in our job portal www.ecolleague.in . We have invited participants from various sectors such as IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Automobile, Civil/Construction, Electrical, Electronics, Banking, Finance, BPO, KPO, Healthcare, Media, FMCG, E-Publishing, Telecom, Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc and we expect 60 + companies for the job fair.
Lunch would be taken care of by us according to the HR's expectation.
Advertising banners, hoardings and advertisements are done in local media to ensure branding.
Individual rooms with all stationery will be provided to the HR for conducting the interviews comfortably.
Refreshments such as Water, Tea and Snacks would be provided to the HR personnel.

We advertise on 8 cable TV channels from December 2nd till 16th which covers all the areas in three districts Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli and Tuticorin.

We have invited and are continually following up with the management of 53 Engineering Colleges and over 100 colleges which include Arts and Science colleges, Polytechnic Colleges, Paramedical Colleges, ITI's and Management Studies Institutions from the three districts.
